We want you to love your artwork. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 21 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us
Include your order number and a brief reason for the return. We’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
