All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, the average delivery time is 4–5 business days.

Please note:

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, delays can occasionally happen due to weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. Additional shipping fees may apply to reship orders returned to us.

Holiday & Peak Shipping Periods

During holidays or busy seasons, processing and shipping times may be slightly longer than usual. We recommend ordering early if your purchase is intended for a specific date.
